The Thank You Club started with a simple moment of humanity in the sky. After witnessing a passenger thank a flight attendant with a small gesture, we saw the genuine emotion it created—gratitude, surprise, and connection. That single act sparked a mission: to make appreciation easier, more meaningful, and part of every journey.
Why We Exist
