Shipping policy

The Thank You Club ships all orders from Austin, Texas, United States. Orders are processed within one to two business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

Domestic shipping within the United States is to doorstep for $2.99 on all orders. Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
