Yes. You can choose a one-time purchase or join our monthly subscription for automatic deliveries.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

5. How does the subscription work?

You receive one Thank You Bag per month. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

6. Can I customize what goes in the bag?

At this time, customization isn’t available, but every bag is thoughtfully curated with high-quality, travel-friendly essentials.

7. When will my order ship?

Orders ship from Austin, Texas within 1–2 business days. U.S. delivery takes an additional 2–5 business days.
